I have always been very sensitive to sound. My encounter with singing bowls has brought me so many positive changes, and I have seen similar results in others, both friends and customers. As a professional full time sand artist, my life journey often involves performing on stage and facing thousands and thousands of audience. Hence, mindfulness and awareness are extremely essential to me, be it on stage or off stage. Facing regular stressful environments and working with people from all walks of life, my practice in meditation has become a must for me every day.
