“I had a wonderful time at the workshop. Not only did Christina showed us ways to play a singing bowl, we also got to play different bowls. We had the chance to experience singing bowl therapy too! What I found most rewarding was to experience the benefit of the sounds from the bowls. I went to the workshop with a low energy level, feeling lethargic.
